2 cups basmati rice
1 cup smoke flavored basmati rice
1/2 cup golden raisins
4 tablespoons ghee
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 teaspoon saffron
2 bay leaves
2 whole red chilies
1 red onion, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 dried lime
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Heat ghee in a cast iron pot until hot.

Brown the whole chicken on all sides for about 10 minutes, then set aside.
