1/2 tsp amchur or raw mango powder
1/2 tsp cumin and coriander seed powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp butter
salt to taste

Add boiled chickpeas and all seasoning ingredients: amchur, cumin seed powder, red chili powder, coriander and cumin seed powder, salt, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Toss everything together quickly without overcooking the tomatoes and onions.
