In a large pot, heat oil and add the diced onions and peppers, stirring to coat.
Add dry fish and sea smell to the pot and mix together.
Incorporate one bonnet chili and two bay leaves, then add diced cherry tomatoes.
Add pre-cooked mussels to the mixture and stir, adding minimal water if necessary.
Cook rice with salt and mixed vegetables, adding prawns and dry small mussels.
Incorporate garden eggs into the rice and drizzle with oil to prevent sticking.
Steam locos bean in the center of the rice for an additional five minutes.
