Lebanese FATTOUSH SALAD in 20 Minutes. Recipe by Always Yummy!

Cut the pita into small triangles or strips.

Heat 3 fl oz | 100 ml of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the pita pieces on each side till golden crust.

Cut the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radish and bell peppers into large pieces and lay them into a bowl. Chop up the scallion, parsley and cilantro.

Mince the garlic and mix it with sumac, dried mint, salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and pomegranate molasses in a bowl.

Add the dressing to the veggies and greens, toss and serve right away.

Before serving, strew the Fattoush salad with the fried pita chips.
