Chop 7 oz of romaine lettuce and place in a bowl.

Dice 9 oz of tomatoes and add to the bowl.

Slice 7 oz of cucumbers and add to the bowl.

Thinly slice 5 oz of radish and add to the bowl.

Chop 3 oz of bell pepper and add to the bowl.

Chop ⅔ oz of scallion and add to the bowl.

Chop ⅓ oz of parsley and ⅓ oz of cilantro and add to the bowl.

Mince 1 clove of garlic and add to the bowl.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of ground sumac over the salad.

Add ½ tsp of dried mint, ½ tsp of salt, and ⅓ tsp of black pepper to the bowl.

Drizzle 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 3 tbsp of olive oil over the salad.

Add 1.5 tsp of pomegranate molasses to the salad.

Heat 3 fl oz of vegetable oil over medium heat and toast the pita bread (5.5 oz) until golden brown.
