White onion: ½

Fresh mint leaves: ¼ cup
Pomegranate seeds: ¼ cup
Lebanese white bread: 2
Sumac powder: 1 tsp
Pomegranate sauce: 1 tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Tear pita bread into bite-sized pieces.
