5 red radishes (50-60g), stems removed, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
1/2 cup parsley (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sumac
1/2 teaspoon dry mint
2 tbsp. juice of lemon (50-60 ml)/1 big lemon
3 tbsp. (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
