2 pita bread
1 red onion
200 grams cherry tomatoes
450 grams romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
1 green bell pepper
20 grams fresh mint
1 clove garlic
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sumac
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Chop 2 pita bread into bite-sized pieces and bake for a couple of minutes until crispy.

Thinly slice half a red onion.

Roughly chop 1 cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

Chop 1 green bell pepper into small pieces.

Wash and chop about 450 grams of romaine lettuce, ensuring it's completely dry.

Use a salad spinner to dry off the romaine lettuce.

In a jar, combine 1 clove garlic, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons sumac, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 4 tablespoons olive oil. Shake well.
