1 small onion

handful fried samosa wrap
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Tear pita bread into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add pita pieces to the skillet and toast until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove toasted pita from the skillet and let cool.

Wash and dry mixed greens thoroughly.

Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
