80g salad leaves
1 cucumber
1/2 pomegranate
parsley
coriander
Mint as required
1/2 lettuce
1 flat bread
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt as required
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
2-3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp dried mint
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sumac

Chop the tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber, and lettuce.

Combine the salad leaves, chopped vegetables, parsley, and coriander in a bowl.

Add the pomegranate seeds and mint to the salad mixture.
