2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup cabbage
1 cup mixed greens
2 tbsp raisins

Cut the pita bread into small triangles and fry until crispy.

Prepare the salad dressing by mixing 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder, and 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey.

Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the dressing.

Chop 1/2 cup each of carrots, cucumber, tomato, onion, green onion, and cabbage.

In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with 1 cup of mixed greens.

Mix the vegetables and greens thoroughly.

Add 2 tablespoons of raisins to the salad.

Sprinkle the salad with the prepared dressing and mix again.
