1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup cucumbers
1 cup tomatoes
1 large pomegranate
romaine lettuce
cabbage
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sumac
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
pita bread

Chop the pita bread into slices and place it on a baking tray.

Bake the pita bread for about 5 to 10 minutes until it is crispy and golden.

In a bowl, add 1 cup of pomegranate seeds, 1 cup of chopped cucumbers, and 1 cup of chopped tomatoes.

Add the chopped romaine lettuce and two types of cabbage to the bowl.

Add the crispy pita bread to the salad.

Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sumac, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
