2 teaspoons thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 cup bell peppers

Add olive oil or vegetable oil to the goat meat.

Sprinkle all-purpose seasoning, seasoned salt, black pepper, and curry powder over the goat meat.
