Wash the goat meat and place it in a bowl.

Season the goat meat with salt, dry jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, hot and spicy goat curry powder, Jamaican better pack curry powder, Trinidad chief curry powder, and green seasoning.

Massage the spices into the goat meat to ensure it's well coated and let it marinate overnight.

Chop garlic and onion for cooking.

In a pot, add cooking oil and sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.

Add curry powder to the pot and toast it to enhance the flavor.

Add the marinated goat meat to the pot and mix it with the sautéed garlic and onions.

Cover the pot and let the goat meat cook in its own juices for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Once the meat has released its juices, add hot water to cover the meat.

Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting and cover.
