1 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons capers, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
4 cups mixed greens
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
