6 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb chicken
4 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup fresh coriander

Soak wheat in water overnight.

Drain the wheat and place it in a large pot with fresh water.

Add chicken to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
