1/2 cup rose water
1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Start by mixing 1 cup of water with 250 grams of cornstarch to create a liquid mixture.

In a pot, add 1 cup of water and dark brown sugar, then mix well.

Heat the mixture until it starts to boil and the sugar dissolves.

Add the cornstarch liquid to the boiling mixture and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.

Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix until well incorporated.

Add 1/2 cup of rose water and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, mixing thoroughly.

Add nuts (cashews) for garnish and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased tray and let it rest at room temperature for 24 hours before cutting.
