1 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 cup rose water
1/4 teaspoon saffron
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/4 cup raisins

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water, and heat until the sugar dissolves.
