1 cup corn flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup rose water
1 tsp saffron
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 tsp cardamom
1/4 cup ghee
dry fruits chopped

Mix corn flour and 1 cup water well without lumps.

Add rose water and saffron, and soak.

In a separate pot, combine brown sugar, sugar, and 2 cups of water, and heat until dissolved.

Add the corn flour mixture to the pot, stirring constantly.

Add cardamom and ghee, and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes gelatinous.

Fold in the chopped dry fruits before serving.
