1 cup cornstarch
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon saffron
2 tablespoons ghee
mixed nuts (cashews, walnuts, pistachios, almonds)

Prepare mixed nuts by coarsely chopping cashews, walnuts, pistachios, and almonds.

Soak the chopped nuts in rose water for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of cornstarch with water until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.

In a pot, caramelize the brown sugar over medium heat until melted, then add water to it.

Once the sugar has melted, add the cornstarch mixture to the pot and stir continuously over low heat.

Add cardamom powder and saffron to the mixture and continue stirring.
