100 grams dark brown sugar
100 grams white sugar
200 grams corn flour
100 ml water
100 ml ghee
3 tablespoons cardamom powder

Mix 100 grams dark brown sugar and 100 grams white sugar and let it cook until caramelized.

Stir until all the sugar dissolves.

Add 100 ml of water after the sugar has melted.

Prepare a runny mixture with 200 grams of corn flour and water.

Add the corn flour mixture to the melted sugar and mix well.

Stir continuously to prevent sticking.

Add 100 ml of ghee and mix it in.

Add 3 tablespoons of cardamom powder and mix well.

Chop 100 grams of almonds and add them to the mixture.

Mix the nuts into the halwa and let it cook until the ghee separates from the halwa.

Turn off the flame and transfer to a container before it hardens.
