Welcome to my kitchen, I'm Darcy Bukowski.

I'm going to teach you how to make stuffed avocado with grilled crab salad.

First, I'm using 3 shallots, about 1/4 to 1/2 of a mango, and probably the same amount of red pepper.

I'm going to combine these three ingredients with my crab.

Next, I take the lime, slice it in half, and squeeze it into the mango, red pepper, and shallot mixture.

Now I'm going to add in my mayonnaise and a little cayenne pepper.

Then, I'm going to add some extra virgin olive oil to the pan for sautéing.

The reason I chose these ingredients is that they are local to the DC area, and crab is really popular here, especially in the summertime.

Now, I will mix everything until it's well combined and smells delicious.
