In modern times, variations have emerged, with some using different meats or adding unique spices, but the essence of the dish remains rooted in tradition.

Prepare goat meat, which is almost cooked and takes about 30-35 minutes to become tender.
Season the goat meat with ground cloves, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, thyme, chicken bouillon seasoning, and salt to taste.
Heat 1.5 cups of vegetable oil in a large pot.
Add chopped onions to the pot and let them simmer for a bit before adding other ingredients.
Blend together 2 fresh tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, ginger, and habanero pepper until smooth.
Pour the blended ingredients into the pot with the onions and stir; let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes and diced fresh tomatoes to the pot, along with tomato paste; cook for about 25-30 minutes.
Transfer the tomato sauce mixture onto the goat meat in the pot and let it simmer together for 10-15 minutes, incorporating any stock from the goat meat.
Add additional seasonings: ground cloves, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of thyme, poultry seasoning, and chicken bouillon seasoning; stir well.
Add 1 tablespoon of curry powder for aroma and let the stew simmer for another 30 minutes until ready.
