1 cup plain flour

1 teaspoon salt

Combine 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup plain flour in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon ajwain, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, and 1 teaspoon salt to the flour mixture.

Mix in 2 tablespoons of ghee until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Gradually add water to form a dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

After resting, knead the dough again.

Apply ghee on the rolling pin and board.

Roll out the dough into a flat surface.

Apply ghee on the rolled dough and sprinkle with plain flour.

Roll the dough into a log and cut into slices about half an inch thick.

Flatten each slice slightly and fold into a semicircle, then into a triangle, pinching the edges to seal.
