Salt, to taste
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 tsp. Black pepper powder
2 tbsp. Kasuri Methi
Oil for frying

In a bowl mix maida with carom seeds, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper powder and Kasuri methi.

Heat ghee in a pan and pour it in this mixture and mix thoroughly.

Add little water and make a dough out of this and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Flatten the dough in shape of Mathris as shown in the video.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the Mathris in it until golden brown in colour.
