1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste (adarak lehsun ka paste)
1 tbsp Saffron water (kesar ka pani)
½ cup Curd (dahi), beaten
Water, as needed
Salt, to taste
1 ½ tsp Oil (for cooking)
1 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
A pinch of chili flakes
few Spring onion, chopped
¼ cup Processed cheese, grated
1 tbsp Tomato, chopped
few Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
Mayonnaise, as needed
1 small Tomato, sliced
2 tsp Green chutney
¼ cup Paneer, grated

In a bowl, add gram flour, semolina, black salt, carom seeds, baking soda, oil, ginger garlic paste, saffron water, and curd. Mix it well.

For Onion Chili Cheela, pour the batter into small batches on a heated tawa. Add onions, chili flakes, spring onion, drizzle some oil, and cook on both sides on moderate heat. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

For Cheese Cheela, pour prepared batter on a heated tawa, drizzle some oil, add cheese, tomato, coriander leaves, and tomato ketchup. Cook for a minute, fold, and serve hot with garnish.

For Threaded Cheela, pour the prepared mixture like thick thread on a heated tawa, add chili flakes, coriander leaves, and cook on both sides. Garnish with mayonnaise and serve hot.

For Cheela Sandwich, pour the prepared batter into small batches, drizzle oil, add tomato, salt, coriander leaves, and cook on both sides. Add green chutney, cheese, and place another cheela on top. Garnish and serve hot.

For Jini Dosa Style Cheela, pour the prepared batter and make a dosa, drizzle ghee, add spring onion, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, paneer, cheese, chili flakes, mayonnaise, and tomato ketchup. Cook for a minute, roll, cut, and serve hot.
