1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Grind oats in a mixer jar to make oats flour.

Combine 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup oats flour in a mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 cup yogurt and mix well.

Gradually add 1 cup water to form a batter, mixing to remove lumps.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes with a lid on.

After resting, add 1 grated medium carrot, 1 finely chopped medium onion, 1/2 cup chopped coriander, and 2 finely chopped green chilies to the batter.

Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, and 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala to the mixture.

Mix well and adjust the consistency with a little water if needed.

Heat a tawa (griddle) and grease it with a little oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it into a medium-thin cheela.

Cook on medium flame until the top dries out, then drizzle a little oil on top.

Flip the cheela when golden brown spots appear on the bottom and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
