½ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
100 grams paneer
2-3 tbsp green coriander (finely chopped)
refined oil (for roasting cheela)
1 inch piece ginger (grated)
1 green chilly (remove seeds and chop finely)
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
½ tsp brown mustard seeds

Dissolve semolina in curd to prepare the batter.

Use a mixture grinder to combine curd and crumbled paneer, or grate paneer if using a bowl.
