1/2 cup Dahi

1/8 pinch Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water
2-3 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves
1/4 cup Green Garlic
Sesame Seeds (untoasted)

Heat 2-3 tbsp Oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, spreading it into a round shape.

Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Flip the cheela and cook the other side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes more.
