In a bowl, combine prawns with 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon mustard powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon corn flour, and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Mix well and let marinate for half an hour.

Chop 1 medium onion and 1 medium bell pepper.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 1/4 cup garlic ketchup, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 2 teaspoons chili flakes, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons oyster sauce, and 4 tablespoons vinegar in a bowl.
