4

Add 2 normal-sized chopped onions to the cooker.

5

Add 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste.

6

Add 2 black cardamom pods, 3-4 green cardamom pods, and a piece of cinnamon to the mixture.

7

Add 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 0.5 tablespoon of salt, and 0.5 tablespoon of turmeric powder.

8

Mix all the ingredients well.

9

Ensure the water level is slightly above the meat.

Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 to 25 minutes under pressure.

11

After 25 minutes, turn off the flame and remove the weight from the cooker.

12

Open the lid of the pressure cooker and check that the meat is tender.

13

Remove the meat pieces and place them in a separate frying pan.

14

Add the cooked meat to the frying pan and add some cooking oil.

Sauté for an additional 5 minutes with the green chilies added.
