1 cup green peas
200 grams spinach
1/2 cup fresh coriander
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1-2 green chilies, to taste
salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
2 tablespoons besan (gram flour)
1 boiled potato
2-3 tablespoons bread crumbs
some cashews

Boil spinach for a short time and then drain it.

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds until they crackle.

Add finely chopped green chilies and sauté.

Add turmeric powder and chopped green bell pepper, and sauté until cooked.

Add the boiled spinach and mix well.

Add salt, amchur powder, and fresh coriander, and mix until the water evaporates and it becomes dry.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down.

Grate the boiled potato and add it to the cooled mixture.

Mix everything well until combined.

Form the mixture into flat patties or kababs.

Coat each kabab in bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan over medium to high heat for shallow frying.

Fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides, adding a little oil as needed.

Once done, remove from the pan and place on a plate.

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
