200 gm paneer
1/2 bowl wet coconut
2 to 3 green chillies
4 to 5 garlic pieces
5 to 6 ginger pieces

100 gm white flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
150 ml water
2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mango powder

Prepare the paneer by cutting it into small pieces.

For the chutney, blend wet coconut, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and salt together until smooth.

In a bowl, mix white flour, baking powder, salt, and water to create a paste.

Coat the paneer pieces in the white flour paste.

In a separate bowl, combine Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and dry mango powder for the masala coating.

Coat the flour-coated paneer pieces with the masala mixture.

Fry the coated paneer pieces in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
