1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon amchur powder

One pound paneer (cut into 1 inch cubes)
One red onion (cut into 1 inch cubes)
One green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch cubes)

One small coal
Lemon wedges for serving

In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, tandoori masala, chaat masala, paprika, red chili powder, amchur powder, salt, kasuri methi, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Add paneer, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Mix well.

Place a small bowl in the middle of the mixture and put a piece of hot coal inside it and drizzle it with a bit of oil, as it smokes, close the lid for about 30 seconds.

Refrigerate the marinade for 2 hours.

On wooden skewers, add the marinated onion, paneer, green bell pepper and red bell pepper.

In a heated oil pan, grill the skewers for 4 minutes on each side.

Serve with lemon wedges and Swad Mango chutney.
