In a bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur powder, salt, black salt, tandoori masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, and lemon juice.
Whisk everything until smooth and creamy, ensuring all spices are mixed well.
In another bowl, add 2 small onions and 1 large bell pepper, cut into pieces.
Add paneer pieces to the bowl with onions and bell peppers, and mix everything until well combined and coated with the marinade.
Let the mixture sit for 30 to 40 minutes, or refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Thread the marinated paneer, onions, and bell peppers onto skewers alternately, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spray some oil on the paneer pieces and roast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, rotating occasionally for even cooking.
Optionally, broil for 2 to 3 minutes after baking for extra char.
Serve with salad and green chutney.
