1 ½ tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Black Salt
¼ cup Gram flour
½ tsp regular Salt
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
400 gms paneer
1 tsp butter

To make the marination, take ½ cup of thick curd.

Add 1 ½ tbsp. of Garlic Paste to the curd.

Add 1 tbsp. of Coriander Powder.

Add ½ tsp of Garam Masala.

Add 1 tsp. of Dry Mango Powder.

Add 2 tbsp. of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.

Add ½ tsp of Black Salt.

Add ¼ cup of Gram flour or Besan.

Add ½ tsp of regular Salt.

Add 1 tbsp. of Mustard Oil.

Bring everything together to make the marinade.

Cut 400 gms of paneer into thick chunks.

Add the paneer chunks into the marinade and mix gently to coat.

Let the paneer marinate for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate for 4-5 hours for deeper flavor.

Heat 1 tsp. of butter on a non-stick tawa and brush it over the entire pan.

Add the marinated paneer pieces onto the tawa one by one with the flame on medium.

After 5 minutes, check for crustiness on one side and flip to cook the other side.

Cook until the tikkas are crisp and golden brown, then take them off the flame.

Serve hot with onion slices, green chutney, and lemon wedges.
