Add goat meat to a pot.
Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic paste, beef seasoning, and salt to taste.
Add water to the pot as goat meat does not release juices.
Cook until goat meat reaches preferred tenderness.
Separate goat meat from the stock and set aside.
In a new pot, add coconut oil and heat.
Add onions and bay leaves, stirring until onions are translucent.
Add homemade tomato paste and fry until it separates.
Add leftover marinade from baked tilapia or green marinade.
Add tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes, rinsing the container with water to add to the pot.
Add crushed chili peppers and stir, then cover and cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
Add goat meat stock and shrimp powder for seasoning, adjusting to taste.
Add goat meat back into the stew and stir, allowing it to simmer until oil settles on top.
Garnish with red and spring onions and stir before serving.
