- 4Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 5Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 6Remove lamb chops from marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
- 7Brush grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 8Place lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until charred and cooked to desired doneness.
- 9Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 10Garnish with fresh cilantro, onion, and lime before serving.

- 4Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off.
- 5Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- 6Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- 7Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- 5Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 6Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- 7Serve with extra peri peri sauce on the side for dipping.

- 6Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook for another 2 minutes.
- 7Add the pomfret fish to the pan, coating it with the spice mixture.
- 8Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
- 9Sprinkle garam masala over the fish and cook for an additional minute.
- 10Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
