1

Welcome to the kitchen, today we are making flan.

2

Gather all ingredients: 2 cans condensed milk, 2 cans evaporated milk, 7 eggs, nutmeg extract, vanilla extract, rum extract, and oil.

3

Turn on the stove to melt sugar with a little oil (about 1 tablespoon).

4

Melt the sugar until it turns into a glaze, ensuring it doesn't burn.

5

In a mixing bowl, combine the 2 cans of condensed milk and 2 cans of evaporated milk.

6

Using a hand mixer, mix the milk on low speed.

7

Add 1 tablespoon of nutmeg extract, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of rum extract to the milk mixture.

8

Slowly add 7 eggs to the mixture and beat until well combined, ensuring a gentle mix.

9

Grease a baking dish with a little oil.

10

Pour the melted sugar glaze into the bottom of the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

11

Pour the milk and egg mixture over the glaze in the baking dish.

12

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

13

After 25 minutes, lower the oven temperature to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking until set, checking with a toothpick.

14

Once done, let it cool and chill before serving.

15

Top with Cool Whip mixed with Grace coconut powder before serving.
