2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans condensed milk
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Put a pot of water to boil.

Take a second little heavy pot to make the caramel by dissolving 1 cup of granulated sugar on medium heat.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Blend together 2 cans of evaporated milk, 2 cans of condensed milk, 4 eggs, and 1 tsp of vanilla bean paste until smooth.

Bake in a Bain Marie for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

Let the flan cool down for about 30 minutes or at room temperature for 1 hour.

Run a knife around the edges to separate the flan before flipping it over.

Let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
