1 cup whole milk
1 12 oz container evaporated milk
1 14 oz container sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
4 eggs (2 whole eggs and 2 yolks)

Liquefy sugar in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 7 minutes until golden.

Coat the bottom of four 16 oz ramekin containers with the melted sugar.

Cube cream cheese and beat on high for 1 minute until just combined.

Add 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks to the cream cheese and blend on medium speed until combined.

Add whole milk and sweetened condensed milk, mixing on low for 1 minute without making it frothy.

Add evaporated milk and mix with a whisk until combined, adding vanilla halfway through.

Pour the mixture into the ramekins, filling them about 1/4 of the way.

Place the ramekins in a 9x13 pan and add water until it reaches about 2 inches up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour without peeking.

Remove from the water bath and cool on a rack; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 to 20 hours.

Run a pairing knife around the edges and invert onto a plate to serve.
