1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp vanilla
5 eggs
3/4 - 1 cup sugar

Make caramel (CAUTION SUPER HOT) and apply to a 9” baking round pan, then let cool.

Add all custard ingredients to a blender and blend for 20 seconds.

Strain the mixture into the caramel-coated pan.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the pan in a sheet pan filled with water halfway up the flan.

Cook until there is a slight jiggle in the flan.

Let it cool and then set in the fridge overnight before serving.
