1 can condensed milk

Pour 1 can of evaporated milk into a mixing bowl.

Add 1 can of condensed milk to the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Separate 2 eggs, adding the yolks to the mixture and setting the whites aside.

Whip the egg whites to a meringue consistency with bubbles forming.

Mix the egg whites gently into the milk mixture with a spatula to preserve the texture.

In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and heat until it melts into caramel, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes.

Once the caramel is ready, pour it into the bottom of a pot.

Pour the milk and egg mixture over the caramel in the pot.

Cover the pot with a double layer of paper bag and tape it down to prevent condensation.

Set the Ninja Foodi to pressure cooking mode on high for 22 minutes, adding 4 cups of water to the pot.

After 22 minutes, perform a quick release of the pressure and carefully open the lid.

Let the flan cool before refrigerating for about 4 hours.
