Teriyaki Salmon

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon complete seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup quinoa
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cut the salmon into three chunks.

If using more salmon, season with 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and some pepper.

Add 1/3 cup of brown sugar to the marinade.

Mix everything together and let it marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Cut the zucchini into spheres.

Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the zucchini (optional) and rub it in.

Sprinkle complete seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on the zucchini.

Add the zucchini to a disposable pan (or any type of pan).

Add the marinated salmon to the pan with the zucchini.

Take the leftover marinade and cook it on the stovetop for about 5 minutes on medium-low heat until it thickens.

Once the salmon is done cooking, glaze the salmon with the thickened sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

For the quinoa, add 2 cups of quinoa to 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt in a rice cooker.

Stir the quinoa and turn on the rice cooker to cook it.
