60 g softened butter
7 tablespoons 2% milk or water

1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 kg. Cassava starch
300 gr. butter

1 cup buttermilk or whole milk
700 gr. Mexican shredded cheese
20 g anise seeds
15 g Baking powder

Combine cassava starch, corn flour, and butter in a bowl.
