Add 4 eggs to a saucepan and cover with water, then cook until hard-boiled.

Chop 4 to 5 red onions using a food processor and add to a saucepan.

Cook the onions on the stovetop without oil, stirring occasionally to release moisture.

Season the skinless chicken with salt, black pepper, and all-purpose seasoning, then set aside.

Once the eggs are cooked, place them in cold water, peel, and poke small slits in them.

Add 3 to 4 tbsp of berbere spice and 2 tbsp of garlic and ginger paste, along with a little ghee, and fry for a few minutes.

Add the seasoned chicken to the mixture and pour in 1/3 cup water, stirring well.

Cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

After 35 minutes, add the prepared eggs and mix gently, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
