Injera bread
Ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons of (kibe) Ethiopian spiced clarified butter /Ghee
1 tablespoon of Mekalesha spice
1/2 cup of Berbere spice
salt to taste
2 boiled eggs
