6 potatoes cut in quarters
1 head of cabbage chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
3 teaspoons of turmeric
1 1/2 onions chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of kibe (optional)

Heat the onion in a skillet over medium heat. Continue to stir for a few minutes until the onions become dry.
