4 cups of boiled and diced potatoes
2 ½ cups cooked shrimp
2 cups boiled and diced carrots
7 tbs mayonnaise
2 tbs finely chopped white onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt to taste
1-2 tbs finely minced parsley
Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes
Avocado slices

Boil and dice the potatoes and carrots.

Cook the shrimp if not already cooked.

In a bowl, combine the boiled and diced potatoes, cooked shrimp, boiled and diced carrots, mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, and salt to taste.

Mix well and adjust seasoning as needed.
