1 cup basmati rice soaked & crushed
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup condensed milk
crushed almonds as required
cashew nuts as required
1/2 tsp kewra water
pistachio as required
dried red rose for garnish

Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

Add the soaked and crushed basmati rice and cook until the rice is tender.

Stir in the sugar, salt, and condensed milk until dissolved completely.

Mix in the green cardamom powder and kewra water, and continue to simmer for a few minutes.
